Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — no stress. If your item isn’t quite right, we offer store credit or exchanges for eligible returns.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Fit

We offer store credit or exchanges for full-priced items returned within the timeframe below:

  • You must request a return via our returns portal and receive an RA number (Return Authorisation).
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your RA number.
  • If your return is late, we reserve the right to decline it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for store credit or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Return must be lodged within 14 days of the order's ship date
  • Returns outside this 2-week window will not be accepted

Processing Time

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you confirmation and process your credit or exchange within 5 business days.

Please keep your tracking number — we can’t process returns until they’ve been received and reviewed.

Tip: Add your tracking number to the Australia Post or NZ Post app for delivery updates.

Sale Items

Items marked as SALE are final sale.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale items — sorry!

Faulty Items

If you’ve received a faulty item or something you didn’t order — we're really sorry!

Please email us at customercare@summisummi.com.au with your order details and a description (or photo) of the issue so we can sort it out ASAP.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which means you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the item is genuinely faulty.

Please note: Items damaged from misuse, abnormal wear, or not following care instructions may not be considered faulty.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance
