How does the payment hold work?

You'll enter your payment details at checkout like normal. We then place an authorisation on your card for the order total, just to confirm the card is valid.

It isn't a charge, and the money stays yours. It does get held aside though, so that amount won't be available to spend while you're deciding. It shows as pending rather than paid, and it's released once you finalise your order.

When will I be charged?

Only once you've finalised your order in the Customer Portal, and only for the pieces you're keeping.

How many pieces can I try, and can I shop normally at the same time?

Up to 3 Try at Home pieces per order. If you're torn between sizes, use one of your three on the second size.

You can add regular items to the same cart too. At checkout you'll pay for the regular items as usual, and the Try at Home pieces will show as pending until you decide. It all arrives as one order.

How do I complete my order?

All Try at Home orders must be completed in the Customer Portal, where you confirm what you're keeping and request a return if you need one.

Is there a restocking fee?

No restocking fee. If you keep anything at all, returning the rest is free. The only time there's a charge is if you send the whole order back, which is a flat $12 return shipping fee.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. Apply it at checkout on the initial order, before you enter your details. The discount then comes off the final amount you pay for whatever you keep.

Can I use buy now pay later with Try at Home?

No. Try at Home needs a card that can hold an authorisation, and buy now pay later services like Afterpay, Zip and Klarna can't do that. You're welcome to use them on a regular order, just not on Try at Home pieces.
