Orders

Can I change my order?

Upon order placement, you will receive a confirmation email. Ensure your email address is accurate. Once your order is shipped, a follow-up email will be sent with tracking information.

Orders cannot be edited once confirmed. To change the shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at customercare@summisummi.com.au right away. We’re unable to make changes or cancellations after dispatch. Shipping starts once your order has been dispatched.

Where is my order shipped from?

Our warehouse is based in Ballina, NSW, Australia. Orders are dispatched daily, MONDAY-FRIDAY.

Orders before Midday will be shipped that same day (excluding weekends & pubic holidays).

When can I expect my item to be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched daily, Monday - Friday.

Orders placed before Midday will be shipped that same day.

Note: We do not dispatch orders over the weekend or on public holidays.
