La Palma was born during a Summi Summi work trip to a secluded tropical resort, where towering palms swayed over a serene pool and days slipped by in slow-motion. Guests lingered in holiday mode—sun-kissed, over-indulging in fresh banquets, shuffling around in complimentary palm-leaf slides—while the only appointment on the calendar was sunset happy hour.
